Dr. Pallatheri Nambi Namboodiri, MD (Ayur), is a globally respected Ayurvedic physician with over 28 years of clinical and academic experience. Hailing from a traditional Vedic family rooted in the Yajurveda tradition, Dr. Nambi combines deep ancestral wisdom with modern Ayurvedic education.

He earned his BAMS degree from The Venkataramana Ayurveda College, Chennai, and completed his MD in Ayurveda at BRKR Government Ayurveda College, Hyderabad. Throughout his career, Dr. Nambi has served as a Professor and Head of Department for more than 15 years, mentoring young Ayurvedic scholars while also consulting worldwide.

Currently, he is the Director of Nagarjuna Ayurveda & Chief Physician of Ayushoveda , where he leads pioneering work in holistic healthcare and the global propagation of Ayurveda. His areas of expertise include managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, joint and skin disorders, children’s health, and personalized dosha balancing.

Dr. Nambi is also the creator of the acclaimed “World as Doshas” educational series, offering practical insights into Ayurveda for both practitioners and wellness enthusiasts across the globe.
